Founder
Sa'ad Ayinla founded Ansaad in 2021 after more than 15 years leading large-scale network programmes across the UK, Europe and Africa. Before Ansaad, he held senior delivery roles at Ericsson and Huawei, delivering for Tier-1 operators at scale, with programme portfolios in the hundreds of millions and a number of industry firsts, including Nigeria's first 5G trial. His current work applies AI and machine learning to network optimisation and delivery assurance.
